New Beginnings at Northwest Vet
As autumn arrives, it brings a tapestry of change and just like nature, we can embrace transformation, welcoming new beginnings. As of mid-October, Dr. Green-Otero will be leaving our practice to embark on a new career journey in San Antonio.
We are actively looking for a new Veterinarian to complete our amazing team! While we search for a new doctor, we will be continuing to provide care for your pets by working with reputable relief veterinarians. Although we would like this transition to be as seamless as possible, we will have some fluctuating office hours for the month of October.
Renovations also begin this month. Updates include:
-
Opening up the lobby to have a central front desk instead of the current separate sections, which will offer a more seamless check-in and check-out process.
-
Expanding from 3 exam rooms to 7
- Transforming our former boarding area into a new, state-of-the-art treatment and surgical area.
These enhancements will allow us to care for more pets but, during renovation, will impact the check-in and checkout process for appointments.
We will keep you informed of our schedule by posting and renovation updates on our website and on Facebook. Of course, you are always welcome to give us a call at (512) 453-7776 and one of our Client Care Specialists will be happy to assist you.
